This notice explains the website's intended privacy approach. Final wording must be reviewed and approved before launch.
Website forms collect contact details, service interest, consent choices, and only the basic first-contact information needed to respond. Identity numbers, claim documents, and sensitive policy records should not be submitted through public forms.
ItuAssist uses submitted information to respond to assistance requests, consultation requests, and callback requests, and to route enquiries to the relevant operational queue.
Production handling should use encrypted transmission, protected storage, role-based access, audit trails, retention rules, and approved service-provider agreements.
Service consent is separate from optional marketing consent. A separate authority-to-act process may be required before ItuAssist approaches institutions on another person's behalf.
The final Privacy Notice, consent wording, authority-to-act process, retention rules, and data-processing agreements must receive legal and information-governance review before launch.
