Policy tracing disclaimer

ItuAssist provides policy tracing and claims administration assistance. The existence of a policy, validity of cover, claim eligibility, and payment remain subject to confirmation and assessment by the relevant insurer, fund, administrator, or financial institution.

Policy tracing fees

  • R600 non-refundable administration fee
  • 7% success fee calculated on the total successful claim payout, where assistance results in a successful benefit payout and subject to the agreed client mandate.

Final mandate wording must confirm VAT treatment, payment timing, cancellation terms, and success-fee calculation.

Business services

Service levels, escalation paths, operating hours, supported channels, languages, compliance responsibilities, and data-processing responsibilities must be agreed before they become operational promises.

No guarantees

The website does not guarantee policy discovery, benefit approval, payment, sales conversions, response times, claim outcomes, or universal access to policy databases.
